Rain Hats

A good rain hat is a must in the Netherlands. In this workshop, you will learn how to make your own rain hat in a stylish lacquer fabric or original Scottish waxed cotton in one of Berry Rutjes's unique designs. It goes without saying that Berry will give you fitting advice, to help you look your best even if it's raining cats and dogs. At the end of the workshop, you will receive a matching bag for your rain hat, so that you can keep it folded neatly in your purse. You will need to bring your own sewing machine to this one-day workshop - and be able to use it, too.

Time: 10:00 - 16:00 hours
Costs: EUR 169 including lacquer fabrix or original Scottish waxed cotton, and coffee/tea.
To make sure that you keep your focus, we suggest that between 12:30 and 13:30 hours you go outside to have lunch in the lovely town of Gouda.
